Jacket lightly chipped along top edge, contemporary ownership name and date to front free endpaper, otherwise a near fine copy. Second edition (with corrections of errors and misprints which appeared in the first) of Joyce's novel hitherto described as 'Work in Progress' and finally published as 'Finnegans Wake' in 1939.
