Lord Farnham (Henry Maxwell, 7th Baron Farnham) Served as an Irish Representative Peer in the House of Lords from 1839 to 1868. Resided primarily on his Irish estates near Cavan, where he was known as a generous and popular landlord. Tragically he and his wife died in the Abergele train crash of 1868 while traveling on the Irish Mail train.
George Grierson was a prominent printer in Dublin, known for producing high-quality religious texts. His press operated from Essex Street, often under the imprint “Printed by and for George Grierson, at the Two Bibles.”
