The three book in Enid Blyton’s ‘Faraway Tree’ series were first published between 1943 to 1951. The stories take place in an enchanted wood in which a gigantic magical tree grows. The wood and the tree are discovered by three children named Joe, Beth and Frannie who move into a house nearby. They then go on adventures to the top of the tree.

‘The Magic Faraway Tree’ series is regarded as one of the most popular children’s books written in the twentieth century.
