Charles Carrington was a British publisher based in Paris who was known for publishing both classical literature and, more discreetly, erotica.

In the same year he published the “First Illustrated Edition” of Dorian Gray with wood engravings by Eugène Dété, based on drawings by Paul Thiriat.
