Profusely illustrated biography of Dublin born, Rex Ingram who emigrated to the U.S. and worked at Edison Film Studios in New York, from 1913. As a film director Ingram was the third man in a triumvirate that included D.W. Griffith and Erich von Stroheim, both of whom were his friends and admirers of his work.
