The first three book in Blyton’s ‘Faraway Tree’ series, first published between 1943 to 1951. The last title in the series was ‘Up the Faraway Tree’ (not included here). 

The stories take place in an enchanted wood in which a gigantic magical tree grows. The wood and the tree are discovered by three children named Joe, Beth and Frannie who move into a house nearby. They then go on adventures to the top of the tree.

‘The Magic Faraway Tree’ is regarded as one of the most popular children’s books written in the last century. The series is among the most collectable in the canon of Enid Blytons many works.
