A warm & intimate reply to a mother regarding her son’s love of the author’s books. She regrets she has only one of the books he is seeking ‘The Mystery of the Disappearing Cat’ which she is sending in the hope that he will not have bought in the meantime. Blyton mentions her own children & that she has completed ‘Six Cousins at Mistletoe Farm’ and that it is dedicated to one of her own children. She goes into further details about her books & family.

Also included is a first edition copy of ‘Six Cousins at Mistletoe Farm’ published in 1948. Dedicated by the author to: “My Twelve Year-Old Imogen who chose & Described all the Horses in this Book”
