This first Peppercanister publication is a satirical response to the Widgery Tribunal into the events of Bloody Sunday; which took place in Derry City on 30th January 1972.
This poem drew on the aisling tradition and specifically on Brian Merriman’s ‘Cúirt An Mheán Óich.’
