Publisher’s quarter vellum over parchment boards, lettered and pictorially decorated in gilt on both upper cover and spine. Scuff marks to covers, ownership name to endpaper, contents in nice bright condition.

The sixteen colour plates are mounted onto tan art paper and set within a border, under captioned tissue guards. There are also various chapter headings in black and white.
