This delicate collection of nine poems contains five by Coffey and four by Devlin. It was privately printed for the authors in a limited edition of 250 copies with an additional pre-publication reprint of 100 copies.

In an essay on recent Irish poetry, published in 1934, Samuel Beckett described Coffey and Devlin as “the most interesting of the youngest generation of Irish poets.”
