Light shelf-wear to head & tail of spine, bookplate and ownership name to endpapers, cello tape residue to gutter of page ix, otherwise a very good copy.

A small number of first issue copies were printed in December 1906 with that date on the title page. The 1907, second impression, is identical in format to the first issue. A special large paper edition limited to 150 numbered copies was also published. Each with hand-coloured plates and signed by both J.M. Synge & J.B. Yeats.
