Wrappers lightly aged, neat repir to spine, contents foxed, otherwise a very good copy.

There were three issues of this landmark Irish drama, all published by Maunsel. The present ‘Theatre Edition;’ a conventional book or Library edition issued in tan cloth boards and a deluxe edition of 25 copies on hand made paper. This edition in wrappers is regarded as the first printing and would have been sold in the Abbey Theatre during the production of the play which was first staged in the Abbey Theatre, 26th January, 1907.
