The Bodley Head published the first truly complete edition of Joyce’s literary masterpiece, incorporating the author’s corrected text and complemented by a prefatory list of previous editions and three appendices, including a legal history of the novel and a bibliography of the author’s works.

It was first published in the UK in a limited edition of 1000 copies by The Bodley Head in 1936.
