Privately printed in 1983 to commemorate the death of poet Frances Horovitz, this limited-edition pamphlet features ten poems by distinguished contributors, including Seamus Heaney, Ted Hughes, and Gillian Clarke. Published by Martin Booth on behalf of the Frances Horovitz Benefit, it was printed by Skeltons Press in an edition of 550 copies, with this being copy number 23 of 50 specially signed by all the poets.

Produced to coincide with a memorial reading at Bristol’s Colston Hall on October 30, 1983, Tenfold includes contributions from Heaney, Hughes, Libby Houston, Paul Hyland, Peter Redgrove, Anne Stevenson, D.M. Thomas, Charles Tomlinson, and Frances Horovitz herself.
